We're a team of counselors in Boise, ID focused on facilitating conversations and other therapeutic exercises that lead to clear and lasting change in your life.  Our team is comprised of therapists with varied and complimentary areas of clinical focus and expertise to be able to address life's issues that arise due to behavioral, emotional, or relationship challenges. We work with children, teenagers and adults. We provide individual, family, group and couples sessions.  We have experience working with parenting and marital issues, and general life issues such as depression, anxiety, anger and self-esteem. Our counselors have experience working with virtually all mental health diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Depressive Disorders.
