Director of DDA
Mary Egbert-Hiner
With a background in Behavior Analysis, I’m passionate about creating meaningful interventions and building skills that empower individuals to thrive. At the DDA, our primary focus is just that — supporting participants in a fun, educational, and encouraging environment where growth happens every day.
Lead Developmental Technician
Jenna Oviedo
I've had a passion for helping others since I was in gradeschool, learning ASL and participating in summer tutoring programs! I'm so glad to be a part of a program so dedicated to serving the people around me. I enjoy learning new things and have been working in the field for around 5 years now! When I'm not at work, I love to watch movies, play video games, and spend time with my loved ones.
Developmental Specialist

I am happily the oldest member of the DDA staff. I spent most of my 40 plus years in Arizona. My wife, seven kids and I are still getting used to Idaho winters despite moving here in 2010. I graduated from BSU in 2014. Growing up one of my first jobs was with the city of Sierra Vista's Disabilities Program. Now having a son with ASD, I still have a passion for and a vested interest in supporting differently abled people, both young and old. My eight hours a day at HISway is a nice break from helping my wife of 22 years home school our 5 children still at home.
Developmental Specialist
Samantha McNeill
I’ve been working in social services since 2014, gaining valuable experience in developmental disabilities, mental health, early childhood intervention, and supporting the refugee population. The individuals HISway serves have always held a special place in my heart, and I’m truly honored to work alongside such incredible participants and dedicated staff. I find deep joy in advocating for others and empowering them to lead lives that reflect their unique values and strengths.
