Director of DDA

Mary Egbert-Hiner

With a background in Behavior Analysis, my interest lies with intervention and skill building, which is our main focus at the DDA. We are proud to serve participants looking for a fun, educational and a supportive atmosphere.

Lead Developmental Technician

Johanna Darr

I have always loved teaching. For a short time I taught in Alaska and now I am here teaching some amazing adults. Outside of work, I am a CHEER mom! I love to travel with my daughter for her competitions.

Developmental Specialist

Keith Wruck

I am happily the oldest member of the DDA staff. I spent most of my 40 plus years in Arizona.

My wife, seven kids and I are still getting used to Idaho winters despite moving here in 2010. I graduated from BSU in 2014. Growing up one of my first jobs was with the city of Sierra Vista's Disabilities Program. Now having a son with ASD, I still have a passion for and a vested interest in supporting differently abled people, both young and old. My eight hours a day at HISway is a nice break from helping my wife of 22 years home school our 5 children still at home.
