Program Support Team
Training Coordinator & Day Program Manager
Sedena Evans
I’ve had the privilege of working with the disabled community for over 10 years, and it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. My passion for helping others grow and discover new, creative ways to learn naturally led me to the training department. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and diving into the excitement of racing.
Registered Nurse
Anika Phillips
I’ve been a registered nurse for over 30 years, with a deep commitment to compassionate care. Over the past three years, I’ve had the honor of serving on medical missions in Kenya, Africa — an experience that continues to shape my perspective and purpose. Raised on a farm in Idaho, I find my greatest peace nestled in the mountains with a good book in hand.
Administrative Assistant
Tina Kwan
I grew up as a missionary kid in Japan, an experience that shaped my love for culture, connection, and teaching. Before moving to Idaho in 2021, I worked as an English teacher for children — a role that deepened my passion for helping others learn and grow. I’m currently a student majoring in Human Biology, and when I’m not studying, I enjoy spending time with my siblings, getting lost in a good book, or diving into creative art projects.

Administrative Support
Susan Briggs
I earned my Master’s degree in Education from Grand Canyon University and have spent the past 12 years working with children of diverse learning abilities. I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for supporting others to my role as Administrative Assistant at HISway, where I have the privilege of serving this wonderful community. Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, friends, and my beloved little dogs as often as I can.
Billing Specialist
Ryan Briggs
I hold a degree in Economics and Business from Eastern Oregon University, where I built a strong foundation in analysis, strategy, and problem-solving. I’m passionate about helping others succeed and pride myself on bringing both care and precision to everything I do. Beyond work, you’ll often find me outdoors—whether I’m hiking, camping, snowmobiling, or casting a line while fishing, nature is where I recharge and find inspiration.

Scheduler
Jacqueline Arrizon
My passion for healthcare and helping others began at a young age — I grew up watching medical dramas, dreaming of one day becoming a doctor. That dream evolved into a fulfilling career in medical assisting, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting and caring for others ever since. Serving people has always been at the heart of who I am, and it's a mission I proudly live by. When I’m not enjoying time with the incredible staff and participants at HISway, you’ll find me out in nature, camping or hiking, and soaking in the peace of the great outdoors.
