Program Coordinator

MaRyah Barton

MaRyah has been a valued member of our team since 2012. She loves watching participants accomplish the goals they’ve worked hard to achieve. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, traveling to far-off places, and exploring anything artistic.

Tonya Hibbs

Tonya is an avid reader who also enjoys hunting and fishing in her free time. She spent 14 years teaching special education in public schools, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Now working with adults, she finds great fulfillment in this new chapter of her career and enjoys making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Troy Bacon

Program Coordinator

Troy was born and raised in Southern California and later relocated to Idaho to play football at Boise State University. His course work was in in Psychology, Human Development, Communication, and Criminal Justice from both BSU and Rocky Mountain College. His passion for the human services field was ignited through volunteer work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Special Olympics. Troy’s career began in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where he gained extensive experience working with both children and adults in behavioral mental health and the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Most recently, he joined HISway as a Program Coordinator, following his role as a Clinical Supervisor at Children’s Therapy Place. Committed to making a positive impact, Troy is excited to collaborate with you and your family!

Alyssa Shelton

Alyssa is a proud fur mom to three cats and one dog. She holds a double bachelor's degree in Arts and Science, as well as a master's degree from California State University, Fullerton, and Southern California University for Health Sciences. Recently relocating from California, she loves hiking and spending time in nature. With five years of experience in her field, Alyssa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those she works with. Her favorite color is light blue, reflecting her calm and approachable demeanor.

Mary Sue Messinger

Program Coordinator

Mary Sue was born in Iowa and then moved to Idaho in 1991. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix and then went on to obtain her Master's degree in Special Education from Boise State University. She spent 10 years teaching Special Education in public schools, working with a wide variety of ages, which allows her to have a wealth of experience and dedication to serving those with disabilities. She is excited to be able to work with adults and being able to find fulfillment in this new chapter of her career. When not at work Mary Sue enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs. She has a 25 year old daughter who is starting her career path to become a nurse. Mary Sue also
loves to create all kinds of crafts, especially hand sewing felt crafts. She is excited to be a part of Hisway and making an impact on the lives of our participants!

Jessica Clipson

Jessica Clipson brings over 15 years of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master’s degree in health and wellness education. Jessica is passionate about helping individuals live their best lives. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, painting, and traveling.
